By presenting to and educating candidates at nationwide events, this organization will have rail knowledgeable ambassadors engage communities about the railroad industry to return the relevance and viability of the railroad industry to their daily lives, promoting its many benefits to modern day society, as well as highlighting this collective effort as proof of the sincere connection and commitment from rail industry employers regarding a sustainable future and workforce. This organization may also leverage grant and other funding partnerships to further promote its goals regarding education and awareness about the rail industry.
