When you don't have the experience at your company, or need a little extra help but don't want those consultant high fees, this is a happy solution for you.

 

Each returnship will provide a pre-determined expertise for a set amount of time with an agreed upon stipend to the returnship provider or "returnee."  Each stipend will vary by participant. A part of that funding will be contributed to the HERE mission so that our team can continue to go out and educate educational hot spots, resource centers, high schools, tech schools and veteran bases about the strength of the rail industry. This portion is a tax exempt contribution.
